1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2)Mix together ingredients in a large bowl. Take a deep breath while stirring - the cookies can tell when you're anxious and they will react accordingly.
3)Form the cookies into mini spheres and place on tray.
4)Put in the oven for 10 minutes. Maybe consider doing yoga while you wait.
5)Take out of the oven once fully finished. Eat in times of stress.
